For all presenters:
Each presenter has 15 min of oral presentation and 5 min of Q&A. Please note that APCCAS 2020 will be mostly organized virtually. Therefore, we would like to ask you to inform the session chair about your attendance.
Please upload your presentation by December 1, 2020.
For presenters at the venue:
Due to Covid-19, we would like to have your confirmation of attendance. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to ask you to follow the Vietnamese guidance about the novel virus prevention (please wear masks and inform us if you have the Covid-19 symptoms). In the meantime, we would like to ask you to prepare a 15 minutes video of your presentation (in MP4 format) with clear audio and video quality.
Please confirm your attendance via your contact emails: email@example.com (cc to firstname.lastname@example.org). We will contact you to provide the information related to that matter.
For virtual presenters:
We will contact you regarding how to present your presentation. In the meantime, we would like to ask you to prepare a 15 minutes video of your presentation (in MP4 format) with clear audio and video quality.
We will provide the method to upload your video shortly.
Please login to EDAS and upload to your paper “presentation” section as below:
You can also click on your paper and find the button to upload the video at the end of the paper information section (above the reviews).
We provide that video for attendance who cannot watch your presentation at the session. It could be used in case we lost your connection.

Recording your presentation
If you don’t know how to record your presentation, we suggest you to use OBS (Open Broadcast Software) which is free. You can install it on Windows, MacOS, or Linux. The instruction can be found in the below video:
